Optomize built an AI agent that sits on the company's own WhatsApp line and runs client operations end to end. It monitors every client conversation continuously, understands what was actually asked, takes action on it, and maintains a live task ledger for each client — while routing anything client-facing or financial to a human for approval before it goes out.

Optomize designed and built the Yellow AI Studio — a custom web application powering the agency's entire creative workflow from brief to production-ready concept, across five areas: research and trend intelligence, concept generation, refinement and upscaling, client proposal building, and a full admin cost dashboard.

Optomize rebuilt the Unlimits AI engine from the ground up full visibility into every user interaction, a memory system that scales, a self-tuning loop that improves the experience per user, smart cost controls, and a platform built to grow. The app gets sharper the longer someone uses it, costs less to run, and is ready for the next stage.

Optomize built an AI market-intelligence dashboard that aggregates listings across multiple property portals into one continuously-updated view, analyses pricing and market movement, and scores opportunities — automatically flagging distressed and under-market deals worth acting on.
